We recently completed these works at The Metropole Hotel, in Leeds city centre.
The hotel was designed by Leeds based architects Harry Sutton Chorley and J.W. Connon. The hotel first opened its doors in 1899. It is renowned for it’s Victorian terracotta facade.
We were on site to carry out terracotta repairs to the ornate facade.
The shape and form of the original design was carefully built up to replicate the original shapes. Then, as seen below, the repair was finished with a terracotta repair mortar to blend in with the surrounding area.
Please contact us vis our ‘Contact Us’ tab if you are interested in our facade restoration services.
We will then be in touch to arrange a visit and to provide you with a free quotation.
