These former council offices are now being developed by a Yorkshire company, Impala Estates Ltd. The development is to include multi let office spaces and a stunning roof garden restaurant.
We have been repointing the historic facade with a lime mortar mix.
A lime mortar mix is generally recommended, over cement pointing, as it allows moisture to escape from the joints and is therefore better for the stonework, allowing it to breathe.
