The Jubilee Hotel, in Leeds, opposite the Town Hall, has been undergoing a full redevelopment.
We have been on site carrying out a variety of restoration works, including reflaunching of the chimneys as seen above. As you can see from the photograph on the right the flaunching was in very poor condition.
The former Jubilee Hotel, which is grade II listed, was built in 1904 and was once described as the only remaining ‘Gin Palace’ in Leeds.
The new development sees the building being restored to its former glory and plans include for an ApartHotel, internal courtyard, bar, gym and office space.
Reflaunching secures the chimney pots in place, ensuring their safety, and the smooth curved shape enables rain to drain off.
Please contact us vis our ‘Contact Us‘ tab if you are interested in having your listed property restored, or if your flaunching requires repair.
We will then be in touch to arrange a visit and to provide you with a free quotation.
